As the Production Engineering & HSE Manager at PT Agro Sentosa Raya from October 2014 to September 2016, Asep played a vital role in coordinating the inventory field of Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs), ensuring environmentally sound management and disposal. His responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing processes to meet health, safety, and environmental standards, providing risk assessments and training, and managing department budgets. Before that, he served as the HSE Manager at PT Agro Sentosa Raya and as a Process Engineer at PT Syngenta Indonesia. In these roles, Asep demonstrated expertise in maintaining safe and efficient manufacturing processes, conducting process risk assessments, managing engineering projects, and optimizing plant performance.
